I am going to go to school, UEI (United Education Istitute) to become a Network Administrator/Technician! I am so excited about it! I will be in school full time for 6 months, driving to and from San Bernadino 5 days a week. After I get a job (to help pay back all the loads I'm having to take out to go back to school) I will go on to get my Associates Degree and then my Bachelor of Sience in Information Technology Managment. It will take me a while to get that far but I figure I'm getting no where fast sitting here doing nothing! LOL
I was a music student studying voice until I became ill last year. I am an inspiring and aspiring singer and the eventual discovery of my talents is past due. All I need is a little bit of a break! I am
hoping to find a song writer with which to collaborate. :o) I sing anything from Oldies to
Alternative and I was on the worship team at my church until I became ill last year. I hope
to be able to get back to it soon.
I had a hystorectomey on Aug,4th. My hormones are raging and I hate my scar (all the way from my belly button down to where the sun don't shine! LOL)! I had to have the hystorectomy due to a 10cm (and growing) tumor that was in and around my uterus and cysts that had formed on my overies as well. Thank God it was not cancerous!
I live in a small town in Southern California called Hemet. Hemet is the speed bump capital of the world and home to everyone over 55! It's an okay place to live but the "King of my Heart" has a place in the hillsides of GA, I won't mind moving!! *giggle* We have mountians close by but it's over an hours drive to get anywhere! I grew up in San Diego and I miss the city life a great deal. The beaches, theatres, concerts, museaums, Sea World, and the San Diego Zoo. All the great things about the big city! The things I don't miss are traffic, crime, and higher prices!
I'm divorced (and going to be seeing someone very soon *wink*). I'm a BBW (Big Beautiful Woman AKA Full Figured... fat and happy!), 5'8", Strawberry Blonde(this
month) and I have brown eyes. :o) I am also a celibate Christian woman as well. My birthday is at the begining of June (so start shopping!) and I'm 37 years old.
I love just about any type of music. I even listen to country from time to time (that's saying a lot, coming from a California girl! LOL) My favorite groups right now are dc Talk, News Boys, The Kry,Steven Curtis Chapman,(all Contemporary Christian groups) and Jewel . My favorite Worship leader is my friend, Kelly Carpenter.
I love to sing, chat, watch good movies (dramas, musicals and comedies that are not STUPID humor),chat, long walks on the beach, chat, sitting by the fireplace, going to the theater, playing with my home page (*SS*) and trying new things, simple and easy going things mostly (like me! :o)). Did I mention that I LOVE to chat?! hehehe *ss*
I love sunsets and sunrises, but I don't see many sunrises because I am a night person mostly. I don't do mornings well! I love to be with friends and go dancing or hang out in a coffee house. We go to this Christian Coffee House that has live bands and it is great! I even sang there a time or two myself! *ss*
I like to go fishing and camping (though I prefer a hotel to a tent! *ss*). I am not into
sports much. I do enjoy going to a game of baseball, football or soccer rather then
watching it on TV. About the only thing sporty that I like to watch on the tube is Ice
Skating. lol
I have a twelve-year old daughter
whom I adore!! She is the joy of my life and I thank God for her! *ss* She so good and
respectful, sweet and loving. She is an honor roll student and a Girl Scout. She is also in
the Show Choir at her school and volenteers at one of our many convelesent hospitals. She is in the 7th grade and is looking forward to the year ahead. She loves to go to the school dances. I am very, very proud of her! She is a great writer and
hopes to be an author or editor someday.
